Job Description:

Position Overview:

As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of spa operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. You will manage a team of spa professionals, maintain a serene and welcoming environment, and develop strategies to enhance the overall spa experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing/ Revenue Generation:

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and attract new clientele. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote spa services through various channels ie:
Travel agents, Wedding planner, Event manager, Taxi Unions, Hotels etc.

• Stepping out
• Talking to the guest
• Upselling therapy sessions

Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with
health, safety, and sanitation standards

Proper uniform of each and every employee

. Conduct
regular inspections and implement corrective actions

as needed to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.

Operations Management:

Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance. Implement efficient processes to streamline operations and maximize productivity

Guest Experience:

Maintain a customer-centric approach to deliver an unparalleled spa experience. Monitor guest feedback and take proactive measures to address concerns and exceed expectations.

Team Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of spa therapists, receptionists, and support staff. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure the team delivers exceptional service.

Training and Development:

Coordinate training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of spa staff. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the spa remains competitive.

Vendor Management:

Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services at competitive prices.

Performance Metrics:

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as guest satisfaction scores, revenue targets, and staff productivity. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to achieve goals.
