Job Title: QA Engineer (Database & Test Automation)

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with expertise in database testing and test automation with 6+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for software applications.
  • Conduct database testing to validate data integrity, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and create test plans.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
  • Perform regression, performance, and load testing.
  • Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks.
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience in QA testing with a focus on database and automation.
  • Proficiency in SQL for database testing.
  • Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG), Playwright
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
