Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in the iron & steel manufacturing industry. The role involves generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth in the Erode region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the iron & steel sector.
  • Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and promote company products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and competitors' activities.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on business development activities.
  • Travel within the assigned region for client meetings (petrol allowance provided).

Requirements:

  • Education: Any Degree (Graduate in any discipline).
  • Experience: Freshers / 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Should own a two-wheeler (Bike is mandatory) with a valid driving license.
