Junior Biomedical Engineer

A junior biomedical engineer primarily responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment, ensuring it functions safely and effectively. Key duties include performing routine inspections, troubleshooting technical issues, calibrating devices, and providing technical support to hospital staff on proper equipment usage. This role also involves detailed record-keeping for maintenance, managing equipment inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, often under the guidance of senior engineers.
Degree: A Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) or a Diploma in Biomedical Engineering is the standard requirement. Equivalent degrees in related fields may also be considered.
Years of experience: 2 to 3yrs
Excellent communication and coordination abilities are important for interacting with medical staff and other departments.
