We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Analyst with strong expertise in US Accounting and Corporate Taxation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, along with the ability to manage compliance and reporting requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and file corporate tax returns in compliance with US tax regulations.
  • Support tax planning and compliance processes.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities related to taxation.
  • Research and resolve tax-related issues, ensuring adherence to statutory deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accounting and tax insights.
  • Maintain proper documentation and audit support for all tax-related matters.

Key Requirements

  • 4 5 years of experience in US Accounting and Corporate Taxation.
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws, accounting principles, and compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools/software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
