Job Description: Sr. Visualisation Lead (Snowflake + Power BI + SQL) We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Visualisation Lead with expertise in Tableau, Power BI on Snowflake. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data engineering, analytics, and leadership to drive data initiatives and ensure scalable solutions. Responsibilities: 1. Lead the design, development, and optimization of data Visualisation and report rationalisation using Tableau, Power BI on Snowflake or other Cloud DWH platforms. 2. Rationalise reports in legacy platform and document metrics, KPI, dashboard requirements with business stakeholders. 3. Conduct workshops, review details functional and technical requirements. 4. Architect and implement scalable, high-performance data solutions to support business intelligence and analytics requirements. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define data strategies, and deliver impactful insights. 6. Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all data platforms and processes. 7. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. 8. Troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum reliability. 9. Drive end-to-end project delivery, from planning to execution, while meeting deadlines and quality standards. 10. Own and maintain architecture design documents. Required Skills: 1. Minimum 8+ years BI Analytics Lead, Data Warehouse. 2. Hands on Snowflake, Power BI, SQL, Python. 3. Preferred certified on Azure, Snowflake Cloud Platforms. Secondary Skills: Data Vault, Data Modelling, Data Governance.
