About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated AI Automation Engineer to build intelligent workflows using Microsoft's ecosystem. You'll collaborate on cutting-edge solutions in Azure, Power Platform, and emerging AI tools, driving efficiency across our global operations. This role offers growth in a dynamic environment blending AI/ML with enterprise tools.

What You Will Do:

• Design and implement AI-driven automations using Azure AI Foundry, including model deployment and integration with business data.
• Develop custom copilots in Microsoft Copilot Studio to enhance productivity in Microsoft 365 environments.
• Build and optimize solutions on Power Platform: Create flows in Power Automate, apps in Power Apps, and analytics in Power BI for cross-functional teams.
• Integrate AI agents and generative models (e.g., OpenAI/ChatGPT) into workflows for advanced automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prototype solutions, and iterate based on feedback.
• Support hybrid cloud initiatives, including basic GCP administration and AWS integrations.
• Troubleshoot, document, and maintain automation pipelines for scalability and security.
• Stay updated on emerging AI tools and contribute to proof-of-concepts for future acquisitions (e.g., GCP Vertex AI, OpenAI ChatGPT).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years in AI/ML development with hands-on experience in Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 for integration and collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agentic AI, AI Agents Maker, or frameworks like LangChain.
• Basic GCP administration and OpenAI API usage.
• Development skills in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript for custom extensions.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure AI Engineer, Power Platform Functional Consultant).
