About the Role

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Angular frontends, backends, MongoDB, and Redis deployments, and will be responsible for designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring solutions. This role bridges development and operations to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure delivery of applications.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Deployment

  • Deploy, configure, and manage Angular (frontend) and (backend) applications.
  • Administer and optimize MongoDB and Redis instances (scaling, replication, backups, monitoring).
  • Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) including EC2, S3, VPC, Load Balancers, etc.
  • Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and security of deployments
  • CI/CD & Automation
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar.
  • Automate builds, testing, and deployments for Angular and services.
  • Containerize applications with Docker, manage orchestration with Kubernetes or ECS/EKS.
  • Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Monitoring & Security
  • Set up centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, or Cloud-native tools.
  • Manage secrets, environment variables, and configurations securely (Vault/SSM).
  • Conduct performance tuning, scaling, and resource optimization.
  • Enforce best practices for security, compliance, and cost management.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with developers to improve build/test/release processes.
  • Support QA and product teams with staging/test environments.
  • Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure rapid recovery.
