Senior Architect

• nder direction of the Project Lead or a more senior project leader, you will develop, modify, and review models and drawings ensuring the incorporation of design intent.

• uties may include the development and implementation of project design concepts, project modelling, developing sketches, conducting research and data collection, preparing presentations and reports, and general production of coordinated design and construction documents including specifications.

• ork on multiple projects, in innovative ways that may explore methods of achieving design solutions, completing tasks within established deadlines and budgets, and effectively utilizing resources to address project requirements.

• nteracts with internal and external consultants, participating on project development, and presents ideas clearly and persuasively.
  P
• repares, manages, and modifies architectural documents, plans, elevations, sections, and details, as directed by others in the project team, following standards.

• evelops solutions to technical and design problems following established design standards and with attention to detail, efficiency and quality.

• ay assist in the development of project scope, plans, and services during the contract process.

• nowledge of Data center Project delivery is required.

• repares 2D and 3D presentations, models, design drawings and renderings.

• ncorporates Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects, always considering the impact our projects have on the wider world.

• echnical design knowledge / skills in UK construction methodology.

• xperience of working autonomously at times, and as part of an architectural design team, managing and delivering Tender and Construction Stage works packages.

• ave worked on Data Center projects with demonstrable experience. Have worked across industry sectors with demonstrable experience.

  ave an ability to communicate technical detail graphically and effectively to both colleagues and client teams.

• ble to manage junior colleagues and provide guidance and support where necessary.

• anage design tasks and deliverables and report on progress against the design programme to the project lead. Report on the progress and risks associated with the project and programme.
