Call Center Executive – Fasttrack Call Taxi

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Call Center Executives to join our Fasttrack Call Taxi team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, booking taxi rides, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and handle customer queries regarding taxi bookings, fares, routes, and services.
  • Book rides accurately in the system and share trip details with customers.
  • Coordinate with drivers to assign trips and manage availability during peak hours.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Experience: 0–2 years in customer service / call center
  • verbal communication skills in Tamil and English
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Shift & Working Hours:

  • Rotational shifts (Day/Night), including weekends and public holidays.
