Responsibilities

Oversee the production of precast concrete elements, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards

•
Develop and implement production schedules to optimize manufacturing efficiency and meet project deadlines

•
Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to identify and resolve any issues in the production process

•
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to review technical drawings and provide input on manufacturability

•
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency

•
Implement and maintain best practices for workplace safety and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations

•
Provide technical guidance and support to production staff, resolving any technical issues that may arise during manufacturing

•
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of raw materials

•
Prepare production reports and performance metrics, presenting findings to management and offering recommendations for improvement

•
Stay updated on industry developments and technological advancements to drive innovation within the precast production environment

Qualifications

8 -12 Years of experience in operation phase in Precast Factory.

Fulltime Diploma/BE in Civil or related field.
