Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for children of various age groups.
• Develop individualized therapy plans targeting articulation, fluency, language development, social communication, and related goals.
• Deliver engaging, child-friendly sessions using a mix of structured and play-based approaches.
• Work collaboratively with occupational and behaviour therapists to create integrated intervention plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and parent communication.
• Guide parents with home-based programs and communication strategies.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and centre events.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP / MASLP).
• Valid RCI registration preferred.
• Strong communication skills, child-friendly approach, and a passion for helping children thrive.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Freshers with strong skills and motivation are also welcome to apply.
