Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP VIM Consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience to lead and deliver OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions within SAP. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes, particularly in finance and procurement, and strong technical capabilities in SAP and VIM configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and design SAP VIM solutions aligned with organizational goals.

  • Lead VIM implementations and ensure seamless integration with existing SAP systems and business processes.

  • Collaborate with finance, procurement, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Configure and customize SAP VIM applications according to client needs and industry best practices.

  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functional accuracy and stability.

  • Provide training, support, and documentation for end-users to ensure effective adoption of VIM processes.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve VIM-related issues, including integration challenges with other SAP modules.

  • Stay current with SAP VIM updates, best practices, and industry trends to recommend process improvements.

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation such as process flows, user manuals, and technical specs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP with a strong focus on OpenText VIM.

  • Proven experience in end-to-end VIM implementation and integration projects.

  • Expertise in SAP modules related to finance and procurement (e.g., SAP FI, MM).

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time.

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori integration is a plus.
