Job Description:

Paras Hospital, Srinagar is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital billing processes and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient billing processes OPD, IPD, TPA, and cash billing
  • Prepare, verify, and process invoices and claims
  • Coordinate with departments for accurate billing inputs
  • Handle TPA and insurance documentation
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and statutory norms
  • Address billing queries and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Maintain accurate billing records and reports

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hospital billing
  • Graduate in Commerce/Finance or related field
  • Proficient in hospital billing software & MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
