**Position:** Social Media Executive

**Location:** D Mall NSP, Pitampura

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Social Media Executive with a minimum of 6 months of experience in website handling, order management, and agency coordination must. The candidate must possess strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage agencies and ensure smooth execution of digital marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage website operations, including order processing, shipment tracking, ticket creation, and resolution.
  • Coordinate with agencies for timely implementation of website updates and digital activities.
  • Handle inventory, invoices, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Monitor website performance and provide daily reports to the Senior Executive Digital Marketing.
  • Ensure proper implementation of website changes and improvements.
  • Manage agency communication and apply hard negotiation skills for cost optimization.
  • Prepare and manage basic Excel reports and Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain a proactive, problem-solving approach to day-to-day digital operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in website handling and order management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability in hard negotiations with agencies.
  • Knowledge of website and digital coordination.
  • Proficiency in basic Excel reporting and Google Sheets management.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • A fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.
