Job Description
We are seeking a skilled
Flutter Developer
with a strong foundation in
Java backend development
and
web technologies
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be capable of building high-performance mobile applications, integrating them with backend systems, and contributing to full-stack development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Java (Spring Boot preferred).
  • Work on front-end web development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or preferred).
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services, including RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and project managers.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and optimization for performance and scalability.
  • Ensure responsiveness, security, and performance of applications across platforms.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter/Dart for Android and iOS.
  • 2+ years of backend development experience using Java / Spring Boot.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and authentication mechanisms.
  • Strong front-end skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with Firebase, Push Notifications, and Cloud Messaging.
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Experience with GraphQL or WebSocket communication.
  • Understanding of app publishing on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
