As a Java Lead at AudaxLabs, you'll work with a highly motivated team to take projects from ideationthrough implementation. You'll need to partner with client managers, engineers,data scientists, and other team members to bring your work to life.We are looking for a Strong candidatecapable of designing and developing enterprise software applications usingSpring Core, MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud,Microservices.     A strong hands -on technical expertisecoupled with great analytical and trouble shooting skills is needed. Need to bea smart thinker with a strong inclination towards on -time software deliverywith great quality. Beyond the basics of willingness to learn and love challenges,flexibility to adapt, appetite for risk, team player, and all those catchphrases, At Audax Labs your main responsibilities will be:    Lead andparticipate in design reviews and complex technical initiatives withArchitecture, Research and Development, Emerging Technology, internal ProductDevelopment, and other stakeholders, as required.Explore newtechnologies and assist team members to create solution concepts out of thesetechnologies.Manageimplementation plans (schedules, team updates) for selected concepts andparticipate in their transitioning into future roadmaps.Provide thenecessary direction, encouragement, and technical expertise to the team.Developstechnical capabilities of team members through on the job and technicaltrainings. Skills musthave: - · 8 -14 years of hands on experience withstrong technical skills in JAVA / J2EE, SpringCore, MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices. · Expertise in Design, development anddelivery of Java based enterprise applications.· Experience working onLinux & Ubuntu.· Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, suchas Git.· Proficient understanding of issue tracking tools, suchas JIRA.· Managing multiple teamtechnically on delivery & people aspect.· Good communication skills with all stakeholders, good team player with ability to mentor juniors.· Good analytical, grasping andproblem -solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highlevels of initiative and creativity.  Bonusif you have experience in:   ​· Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes,shell/python scripting· Experience with B2B products or datavisualization. · Knowledge of multiple cloud technologiesincluding AWS and Azure. Qualification:· Possess B.S. or M.S. in Engineering/Computer Scienceor equivalent experience relevant to functional area
