  • Endpoint Administrator: Responsible for maintaining, configuring, and ensuring reliable operation of Intune-managed endpoints.

  • Configure and manage Intune settings for device enrolment, application deployment, security policies, and conditional access.

  • Implement and maintain Autopilot deployments for streamlined device provisioning.

  • Configure and manage Intune features like Endpoint Protection, Compliance Policies, and BitLocker encryption.

Application Deployment and Management:

  • Deploy and manage various applications across different platforms (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS).
  • Create and manage custom app packages and configurations.
  • Monitor application usage and health status.

Troubleshooting and Support:

  • Diagnose and resolve Intune-related issues using various tools and resources.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Provide technical support to end users regarding Intune and devices.

Security and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with company security policies and industry regulations through Intune configuration.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and best practices for the device management.

  • Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain robust security measures.

  • Excellent customer service skills, working with minimal direction to resolve end user support requests.

  • Ability to respond quickly when new tickets arrive in queue to respond, diagnose, and resolve majority of tickets without escalation

  • Ability to raise change requests and implement the changes with minimal direction.
