Location: Head office (Udyog Vihar Phase 1)
Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office only)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Job Role: TrucksUp Solutions Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced Telesales – Executive. The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in handling calls, engaging in active sales calls. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales over the phone. You will be expected to engage with leads, qualify prospects, and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth. This is a full-time, on-site role with no option for work-from-home or hybrid arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
- Follow up with inbound leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our products/services and industry trends.
- Handle objections and concerns from customers professionally and effectively.
- Record customer interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.
- Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
- Goal oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle objections and remain persistent under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive communicator in both English and Hindi, with excellent interpersonal and convincing skills.
Work Culture:
- This is a Work from Office position. No work-from-home or hybrid options are available.
