Job Description:

Hotels Ads Price Accuracy is content workflow. The prices provided by Hotel Ads Partners via the price feed are compared against the prices available on the partners booking site/engine.

The agent has to pass the judgement as a match or mismatch case.

Price is composed of base rate  + taxes/fees.

If the total price provided via the price feed matches the price on the website, it is a match case. Otherwise, it is a mismatch.

Agents have to keep a consider the following while conducting checks:

  1. Itineraries on partner site is correct.
  2. Number of adults are valid.
  3. Have to check for hidden and local taxes and fees .
  4. Valida stay (number of nights is at least 1).

1) Timely and effective execution of daily aligned work.

2.) Identify and escalate priority issues .

3.) Stay current with system information, changes and updates.

4) Reviewing processes which could be enhanced to improve the customer experience.

Requirement: :

1.) Graduate in any stream.

2.) Ability to write basic emails.

3.) Strong logical reasoning and ability to solve arithmetic problems related to percentage .

4.) Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solution-orientated attitude.

5.) Maintains effectiveness when experiencing major changes in personal work tasks or work environment; adjusts effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.
