Designation:
Production Engineer

Qualification & Experience:

• BE/B.Tech or Certificate course in welding, NDT, Safety
• Up to 5 years' experience in the similar field of Heaters / Process Equipment / Heavy fabrication Industry for Oil & gas industry is only preferred.
• Better If available NDT Level-2 or any Welding Training certificate

Skills:

•       Good drawing skill, AutoCAD knowledge required.

•       Good interpretation skill.

•       Experience with ERP.

•       Experience leading cross functional teams and project.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet targets.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are functioning properly.
• Lead and manage production staff, including assigning tasks and shifts.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures.
• Address and resolve production defects or issues promptly
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Prepare reports for management on production performance.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
