About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled
Data Analyst
to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will focus on building intuitive dashboards, conducting ad hoc analyses, and bridging business usage analytics with system performance monitoring. Your work will ensure stakeholders have a reliable, single source of truth to guide strategic and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Streamlit).
  • Design clear, well-structured visualizations with consistent labeling and color schemes.
  • Extract meaningful insights from data, identifying trends, anomalies, and performance issues.
  • Conduct time-series analysis, including forecasting and evaluation using metrics like MAE, RMSE, and MAPE.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on usage and system performance metrics.
  • Clean, validate, and structure data for analysis while documenting assumptions and processing steps.
  • Perform quick analyses using Excel/Google Sheets for rapid reporting.
  • Segment data by relevant categories to enable comparisons and deeper drill-downs.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders across multiple locations.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in
    SQL
    and
    data visualization tools
    (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong
    dashboard design skills
    with a focus on clarity and usability.
  • Experience with
    time-series analysis
