What's this role about?

Here's how you'll contribute:

You'll do this by:

  • Leading end-to-end solution design and architecture for enterprise-grade applications and cloud migration initiatives.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant technical solutions.
  • Driving cloud migration strategies, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure, including assessment, planning, and execution.
  • Ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and governance frameworks.
  • Creating and reviewing architecture artefacts such as Solution Visions, High-Level Designs (HLDs), and Key Design Decisions (KDDs).
  • Providing technical leadership and mentoring to development and engineering teams.
  • Engaging in architecture reviews and presenting solutions to architecture boards and senior leadership.

Core Skills:

  • Proven experience in cloud migration projects , preferably on Microsoft Azure .
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles , frameworks, and governance.
  • Hands-on experience with solution architecture across multiple domains (application, data, infrastructure, security).
  • Proficiency in designing scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-native solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.

Desired Skills:

TOGAF Certification or equivalent enterprise architecture certification.

  • Experience with Terraform , ARM templates , or other IaC tools.
  • Familiarity with Azure Well-Architected Framework and cloud cost optimization strategies.
  • Exposure to multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
  • Experience in legacy modernization , application rationalization , and technical debt management .
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices , CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of security and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR).
