Key responsibilities include designing graphics, editing video footage, collaborating with marketing teams, creating motion graphics, optimizing content for various platforms, and managing projects efficiently. This role requires proficiency in design and video editing software, such as the Adobe Creative Suite, to produce high-quality, engaging visual content. Key Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both digital (websites, social media) and print (brochures, ads) materials.
  • Video Editing: Assemble raw footage into finished videos, incorporating text overlays, music, sound effects, and visual effects.
  • Motion Graphics & Animation: Develop and integrate motion graphics and animations into video projects to enhance engagement.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets align with the company's brand guidelines, style, and tone of voice.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to develop concepts, understand project requirements, and align visual content with brand strategy.
  • Platform Optimization: Optimize graphics and videos for various digital platforms, considering different aspect ratios and formats.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design and video editing projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to make necessary revisions and improvements to designs and video edits.
  • Asset Management: Maintain organized project files and asset libraries for easy access and future use.
  • Industry Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design and video editing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Software Proficiency: Expertise in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Creative Vision: Strong ability to visualize and conceptualize creative ideas for different projects.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to editing and design to ensure error-free, high-quality output.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, balance multiple projects, and maintain organized asset libraries.
  • Communication: Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new design trends and evolving technologies.
