Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Section Head, located in Panna. The Section Head will oversee and manage daily operations within the designated department, ensure compliance with quality standards, and facilitate effective team coordination. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring production processes, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The role requires regular reporting to higher management, optimizing resource utilization, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
