Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Fresher Civil Engineer to join our construction site team. The candidate will assist in project execution, site supervision, quality checks, and documentation under the guidance of senior engineers. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in real-time construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Coordination

  • Assist in day-to-day site supervision and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, workers, and site supervisors for smooth execution of work.
  • Monitor progress of construction activities and report deviations to senior engineers.

Quality Control

  • Conduct basic quality checks for materials, workmanship, and construction processes.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on site.
  • Help maintain site quality documentation and inspection reports.

Measurement & Documentation

  • Assist in preparing daily progress reports (DPR).
  • Take site measurements for billing and verification purposes.
  • Update site records, checklists, and material inventory logs.

Technical Support

  • Interpret and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Support senior engineers in planning and managing resources.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities on site.

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow safety protocols and ensure workers comply with site safety rules.
  • Report unsafe practices, hazards, or incidents immediately.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering (Freshers encouraged to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods, and engineering principles.
  • Ability to read and understand site drawings.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to site conditions.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in outdoor, fast-paced construction environments.
