Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and a passion for technology. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients through effective negotiation and customer service. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business development initiatives, engaging in outbound calling, and utilizing CRM software to manage leads and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, including warm calling and telemarketing efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for upselling
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on sales performance
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns
- Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
- Engage in business development activities to expand the client base within the technology sector
- Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills to close deals effectively
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technology or technical sales industry
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable
- Strong telemarketing skills with a focus on outbound calling strategies
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Background in customer service and an understanding of marketing principles is beneficial
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated
