Role:

The Project Manager in the company is a critical role responsible for planning, executing, and setting up new manufacturing facilities/ plants successfully in line with the growth/ expansion plans of the organization. This role involves overseeing various new factories setup, ensuring that they are completed within scope, budget, and timeline, and meeting the company's objectives. The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional teams, contractors, equipment manufacturers, authorities and local communities, managing resources, and communicating with all stakeholders. Following are some of the responsibilities associated with the position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Developing comprehensive project plans, including defining plant layout design, statutory approvals, planning of sub-contracting and appointment of contractors, liaisoning with corporate office, architect, Equipment Manufacturers and fixing timelines.
  • Resource Management: Allocating and managing resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks in projects and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
  • Budget Management: Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within the allocated budget.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and risks.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and motivating cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and responsibilities.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring that project deliverables in terms of civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and safety including factory layout meet quality standards and requirements laid as per the statutory requirements such as factories act and equipment suppliers.
  • Project Monitoring and Control: Monitoring project progress, identifying deviations from the plan, and implementing corrective actions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹960, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
