  • Support the management in collating and understanding data to enable them to m

    ake business decisions and sustainably grow the company's business.
  • Develop and manage automated reporting processes using Google Sheets to improve operational efficiency
  • Analyze datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Create custom scripts in Google Apps Script to automate data manipulation, improve workflows, and streamline processes.
  • Perform data validation and troubleshooting to ensure the integrity of reports and dashboards.
  • Assist in data-driven decision-making by providing ad-hoc reports and insights as requested by stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain complex data insights in simple terms.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience working with Google Sheets
  • Additional expertise in  Looker Studio, and Apps Script would be a plus
  • Prior experience in a business intelligence or reporting-focused role is highly desirable.
