Internship Opportunity: Junior Automation Developer (n8n + Basic Programming)

We're looking for a motivated intern who is eager to learn 
n8n (workflow automation tool)
 and assist with building automation projects for clients (primarily through Upwork engagements). This is a great opportunity for someone with 
basic programming skills
 who wants hands-on experience in workflow automation, APIs, and real-world projects.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and quickly adapt to 
    n8n
     (we will provide guidance and resources).
  • Build, test, and maintain automation workflows for client projects.
  • Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party tools using n8n.
  • Debug and resolve workflow issues under supervision.
  • Document workflows, best practices, and project notes.
  • Collaborate closely with the lead developer on project deliverables.

Requirements

  • Basic programming knowledge (
    JavaScript, Python, or similar scripting
    ).
  • Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and webhooks is a plus (not mandatory, but eagerness to learn is key).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
  • Ability to follow instructions, research independently, and learn new tools quickly.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).

Nice-to-Have

  • Previous exposure to 
    automation tools
     like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n.
  • Basic understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Interest in workflow automation, SaaS integrations, or freelance client work.
