Advanced Feasibility and Planning Program Roles:

Perform final assembly Manufacturing feasibility, planning and support program implementation.This role is to work on DPA5 & Ergo Deep dive studies for IMG region programs.

  • Create, modify and update program specific process sheets

  • Raise part/process issues as identified to program
  • Re-perform checks as D&R's CAD matures through UNV2
  • Support in establishing virtual build sequence
  • Complete design phase Health Chart assessments
  • Support virtual build
  • Support DPA5 & Ergo studies…
  • DC and pneumatic tooling.
  • Fixtured tooling and lift assists
  • Identify ergo tooling needs
  • Support cycle line layout development
  • Support work station engineering work stream

Support simulation development (provide benchmark data for equipment availability,

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Equivalent

3 - 5 Years

Professional Exposure

(Technical Skills)

  • Experience in TCF manufacturing process & launch process.

  • Experience in Trim / Chassis / Final operations is required.

Good knowledge in Manufacturing basics and DPA5 Deep Dive, Ergo static, Power tool ergonomics, HandPak

Preferred previous experiences

Manufacturing assembly and engineering experience in Final Assy, Ergonomics, Virtual Manufacturing, Virtual Design

Ability to work with the team to coordinate & implemement DPA 5 study solutions with team of plant / program based ME engineers. Clear presentation skills in English to senior management.
