Job Title: AEM Developer (4-6 Years Experience)

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated AEM Developer with 46 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable, high-performance web applications using AEM Sites and should be well-versed in AEM architecture and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy robust AEM-based web solutions tailored to business requirements.
  • Implement and configure AEM Sites, templates, components, workflows, and digital asset management (DAM).
  • Develop custom components using HTL, Sling Models, OSGi services, and JCR.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality AEM solutions.
  • Ensure scalability, security, performance, and maintainability of the AEM applications.
  • Integrate AEM with external systems such as APIs, web services, and third-party platforms.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure application quality.
  • Follow Adobe and industry best practices for AEM development and deployment.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4–6 years of strong experience in AEM development (Sites 6.x or newer).
  • Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Sling, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), JCR, and Dispatcher configuration.
  • Solid understanding of AEM architecture, including templates, components, workflows, and permissions.
  • Experience with AEM Author/Publish environments, including deployment and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular (a plus).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and DevOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Experience Manager Sites Developer (preferred).
  • Experience with headless CMS features and AEM as a Cloud Service is a plus.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
