: Associate Architect

REPORTING MANAGER

: SA Studio, Lal Bagh Rd, Bangalore

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)   
Leadership and Team Management:

Lead a team of architects and developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure their professional growth and project success.

2)   
Architectural Design:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, design scalable and efficient architecture solutions, and oversee the implementation process.

3)   
Technical Expertise:

Demonstrate deep expertise in architecture principles, design patterns, and emerging technologies, and provide technical leadership to resolve complex issues.

4)   
Project Management:

Coordinate with project architects to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.

5)   
Quality Assurance:

Enforce best practices for drawing qualities, presentation qualities, and implement best industry practices.

6)   
Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and dependencies in project plans, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to minimize project disruptions.

7)   
Stakeholder Engagement:

Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates on project progress, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.

8)   
Resource Planning:

Assess project requirements, allocate resources effectively, and optimize team structure to ensure efficient utilization of skills and expertise.

9)   
Knowledge Sharing:

Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team, organize training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions to enhance team capabilities.

10)
Performance Evaluation:

Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and recognize team members' contributions to foster a high-performance team culture.

REQUIREMENTS:

1)   
Qualification:

B.Arch/M.Arch

2)   
Relevant Experience:

12 + years

3)   
Any others: Exposure in large scale commercial projects

REQUIRED SKILLS:

1)   Technical Proficiency: Mastery of softwares like autocad and sketchup.

2)   Leadership: Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams.

3)   Problem-Solving: Aptitude for analyzing complex issues and proposing effective solutions.

4)   Communication: Able to lead the project from front, building strong positive relationship with clients and consultants.

5)   Decision-Making: Strong decision-making abilities, prioritization, and conflict resolution skills.

AUTHORITIES:

1)   Making architectural decisions.

2)   Providing technical guidance and helping with conceptual and schematic designs.

3)   Collaborating with stakeholders.

4)   Conducting code reviews and ensuring quality.

5)   Allocating resources.

6)   Managing risks.

7)   Driving continuous improvement initiatives.

8)   Verification of Bills, TA, Invoices Authority and any other reimbursement of staff
