Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an SMT Process Engineer, located in Gurugram. The SMT Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes. Daily tasks include optimizing production efficiency, troubleshooting process issues, and ensuring quality control. The engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and implement best practices in SMT technology.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SMT process development, implementation, and optimization
  • Experience in troubleshooting process issues and ensuring quality control
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices in SMT technology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
