Junior Lecturer

Job Description:

Aryabhatta PU College is seeking a passionate and dedicated Junior Lecturer in Physics to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and guide Pre-University (PU) students in their academic journey.

Responsibilities:

• Teach Physics to I & II PUC students as per the Karnataka State Board/PUC curriculum.
• Prepare and deliver engaging classroom lectures, practicals, and tutorials.
• Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments in line with curriculum requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate student performance through tests, examinations, and internal assessments.
• Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and doubt-clearing sessions to students.
• Participate in faculty meetings, academic planning, and co-curricular activities of the institution.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and subject advancements.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Physics or B.E from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum 2 Year of Experience.
• Prior teaching experience at PU/Intermediate/Junior College level will be an advantage.
• Strong command over subject and ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
