We're Hiring: Digital Assurance Expert

Experience- 5+ Years

Location- Bangalore

Work Mode- 5 Days work from Office

Notice Period- Immediate Joiner

What You'll Do


Governance & Compliance
– Establish governance frameworks, ensure regulatory compliance, conduct audits, and develop policies.


Data-Driven Insights
– Leverage analytics to measure performance, monitor KPIs, and recommend process improvements.


Assessment Expertise
– Lead assessments on digital systems, conduct security/quality checks, and facilitate workshops.


Digital Risk Assessment
– Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks while monitoring effectiveness of risk strategies.

What We're Looking For

Strong knowledge of
digital assessment frameworks, governance, and assurance standards

Proven expertise in
data analytics, reporting, and business insights (Excel, Power BI preferred)

Minimum
5+ years in digital assurance/governance
with experience as
Sr. Analyst (Insight/Data/Business)

Exposure to the
Telecom Industry (2–3 years)

Excellent
project management, analytical thinking, and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively, adapt quickly, and perform under pressure

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Computer Science / IT (Master's preferred)

Strong background in
audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments

Proficiency with
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
; Power BI expertise a plus
