Key Responsibilities:

Conduct quality checks on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.

Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards.

Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities and coordinate with the production team for corrective actions.

Maintain inspection reports, test data, and documentation for audit and analysis.

Use measurement tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product specifications.

Assist in implementing quality control processes, SOPs, and checklists.

Conduct random sampling and endurance testing of bicycles and parts.

Report quality issues to supervisors and suggest process improvements.

Support in continuous improvement activities for enhancing overall product quality.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.

1–3 years of experience in quality control (preferably in cycle, auto parts, or mechanical industry).

Knowledge of inspection instruments, quality systems, and ISO standards.

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with production and design teams.
