We're looking to hire a Manager with 5+ years of experience in a reputed company, who can manage our security guards across various societies, handle client coordination, and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise guards deployed at multiple societies

Prepare duty rosters and monitor guard attendance

Coordinate with society management and handle complaints or issues

Train and discipline security guards as per company policies

Bring in clients for the firm.

Handle emergency situations and ensure proper security measures are in place

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in security (preferably as Supervisor or Manager)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to handle teams and deal with clients

Local area knowledge is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
