Job Summary:
The Accountant cum Clerk will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting, record keeping, and basic administrative tasks. The role involves managing fee collections, maintaining financial records, assisting in clerical operations, and supporting the administrative office in smooth daily functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting transactions, fee receipts, and expense records.
- Maintain cash book, ledgers, and voucher entries.
- Handle student fee collection (cash/online/cheque) and issue receipts.
- Prepare and maintain records for admissions, refunds, and dues.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain petty cash accounts.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and budgets.
- Maintain files, registers, and student-related administrative documents.
- Support office operations such as handling correspondence, photocopying, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the academic and admin teams for smooth functioning.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of financial and clerical tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
