Key Responsibilities

1. Embed best practices into all new projects in alignment with the Change Framework.

2. Produce and manage required artefacts for project stage gates, ensuring proper approvals and documentation.

3. Act as a Change Framework Champion across the stakeholder community.

4. Maintain accurate data for resourcing landscape across Finance Technology, including budgetary reviews.

5. Manage Statements of Work (SOWs), purchase orders, and vendor drawdown of funds.

6. Support Joiners, Leavers, and Movers (JML) processes including maintaining email distribution lists.

7. Maintain project documentation and information structure on SharePoint.

8. Provide timesheet reporting, ensuring compliance and follow-up on outstanding submissions.

9. Deliver MI reporting on Learning & Development tasks across the team.

10. Ensure project, programme, and portfolio data is accurate and complete in PM systems.

11. Consolidate and analyze project/portfolio data for reporting purposes.

12. Support risk identification, evaluation, and maintenance of risk logs.

13. Gather data to support idea evaluation using cost/benefit analysis principles.

14. Produce high-quality project, programm, and portfolio reports in line with standards.

15. Manage and maintain central training and travel calendars across Finance Technology.
