It has since evolved into a multi-vertical platform spanning multi-city artist tours, branded IPs, campus activations and its flagship Gen Z festival, Vibin'.
 
With a roster of over 150 artists and 2,500 shows (including 1,500+ college events), TribeVibe connects artists and brands directly with India's vibrant student community, engaging over 1.5 million students on-ground every year. Its marquee projects include Vir Das' Mindfool tour, Prateek Kuhad's 10-city run, Zakir Khan's 60-city comedy tour and regional showcases such as Aditya Gadhvi and Navratri with Falguni Pathak. Your Profile

  1. Interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into compelling visual narratives tailored for the target audience.
  2. Create original conceptual artwork, design mockups, and final visual assets across digital, print, and social platforms.
  3. Design marketing collateral including banners, posters, emailers, and social media creatives.
  4. Support brand development through consistent, impactful visual communication.
  5. Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
  6. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive creative output.
  7. Present concepts using mockups or decks as needed.
  8. Stay current with design trends, tools, and platform-specific formats.
  9. Incorporate feedback constructively and iterate effectively.

Your Checklist

  1. Strong command of visual layout, typography, color theory, and whitespace for both print and web.
  2. Solid understanding of branding, identity systems, and digital/print design fundamentals.
  3. Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (basic UI skills a plus).
  4. Additional skills in video editing software like Final Cut Pro and Premiere Pro are a bonus.
  5. Team player with openness to feedback and collaborative working style.
  6. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and consistency.
  7. Degree in Graphic Design (BFA or similar) preferred, backed by a standout portfolio.
  8. Creative mindset with an advertising background is a plus.
