Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain web applications (frontend + backend).
  • Translate UI/UX wireframes into responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Build secure and scalable REST APIs and backend services.
  • Manage relational & NoSQL databases, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure high-quality, reusable, and testable code following coding standards.
  • Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks & application issues.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams in Agile environment.
  • Deploy and monitor applications using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Stay updated with latest tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 4+ years of proven full stack development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React / Angular /
  • Proficiency in backend technologies like / Express / Java / Python (Django/Flask).
  • Database experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
  • Solid understanding of web security & performance optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP cloud platforms.
  • Exposure to containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of GraphQL APIs.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
