Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our growing team in New Delhi. In this full-time role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's social media presence, enhancing brand awareness, and driving engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Retail Apparel and Fashion industry and a strong understanding of sustainable practices with a knack for visuals and storytelling.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven work experience as a social media manager with a track record of creating successful social strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn with a focus on content that builds engagement and community.
  • Excellent communication and creative writing skills with the ability to adapt tone, style, and content for various audiences.
  • Bonus: Experience with photography and videography coupled with basic graphic design skills for creating compelling visual content.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Must have analytical skills to interpret social media metrics, derive insights, and implement data-driven improvements to strategies.
  • Ability to develop and nurture relationships with influencers in the fashion industry to amplify brand reach and engagement.
  • Passionate about sustainability and environmentally friendly practices with a genuine interest in promoting ethical fashion.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative and engaging social media strategies aligned with NeceSera's brand and values.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall business goals and initiatives.
  • Monitor the company's social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users, responding to queries and managing online feedback.
  • Create high-quality written, video, and photo content for all social media platforms, including promotional materials and product launches.
  • Analyze social media performance and develop reports on highlights, trends, and action items for further engagement improvement.
  • Research and identify current social trends to keep the brand relevant and engaging on all platforms.
  • Utilize social media advertising to enhance brand awareness and increase customer acquisition.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and social media best practices to ensure competitive edge and maintain leadership in the fashion industry.
