Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive with 2 years of proven experience in managing online marketing campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital strategies to enhance brand presence, generate leads, and drive engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize company presence on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and traffic.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and prepare performance reports.
  • Coordinate with the design and content team for creating engaging creatives, blogs, and promotional material.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and best practices to recommend new growth strategies.
  • Manage marketing automation tools and CRM integration for lead generation and nurturing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital tools.
  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress, etc.).
  • Good understanding of email marketing and lead generation campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns).
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
