Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Online Bidder / Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in bidding on online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other major portals. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of IT services and technologies, along with strong communication and proposal-writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and bid on relevant IT projects through online portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.).

Write customized and compelling proposals for clients based on project requirements.

Handle client communication, project discussion, and requirement gathering.

Coordinate with the technical team to prepare project estimates and timelines.

Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business opportunities.

Achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets.

Required Skills and Experience:

6 months to 2 years of experience in online bidding for IT or software development projects.

Basic understanding of IT services, web development, mobile apps, and related technologies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
