As an Analyst II, you will support data collection, analysis, and reporting to help drive data -informed decisions across Taylor & Company. This entry -level role is ideal for recent graduates or early -career professionals looking to build a foundation in business and data analysis.You'll work closely with senior analysts and managers to gather and analyze data, develop reports, and provide insights that support business objectives.Collect and organize data from internal systems and external sourcesAssist in preparing regular and ad -hoc reports, dashboards, and presentationsPerform basic data analysis, identify trends, and communicate findingsSupport the development of business cases and performance metricsMaintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other reporting toolsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and completenessCollaborate with team members across departments to support ongoing projectsAssist with process documentation and standard operating proceduresStay up -to -date on relevant tools and best practices RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related fieldStrong analytical and problem -solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas)Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Word, and possibly Tableau, Power BI, or SQL (a plus)Attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writingEagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment
