Role & responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer experience.

  • Drive sales to meet and exceed targets while promoting Joker & Witchs brand ethos.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver high performance & achieve retail KPIs.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and visual merchandising standards.
  • Analyze sales data & timely reporting to implement strategies for growth and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines

Preferred candidate profile

2-3 years of retail experience, with at least 1-2 years in a Store Manager/Assistant Manager role.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing team and drive sales
  • Solid understanding of Retail KPIs, inventory management & sales techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficient in Kannada is must
  • Bachelor's degree/Post Graduate in Business Administration/Hotel Management or related field preferred.

The successful candidate should have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing a team effectively, and delivering exceptional customer service. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for retail are essential for this role.
