Job Summary

We are looking for a versatile and self-motivated professional who can contribute as both a
Content Writer
and an
English Language Trainer
. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and communication skills, the ability to create engaging content, and the expertise to conduct effective English language training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Content Writing:

  • Research, write, and edit clear, compelling, and original content tailored to specific audiences and platforms.
  • Create content such as blog posts, website pages, product descriptions, case studies, social media captions, and emails.
  • Follow SEO best practices, including keyword usage and internal linking.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand voice in all content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with business strategy.

English Language Training:

  • Conduct group sessions and one-on-one coaching to improve spoken and written English.
  • Train learners on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, corporate communication, email writing, and presentation skills.
  • Develop and customize training modules based on learner requirements.
  • Monitor learner progress, provide feedback, and ensure interactive and engaging learning methods.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of proven experience as a Content Writer, English Trainer, or similar role.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English with strong editing and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Yoast, SEMrush, Surfer SEO, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to conduct engaging training sessions and explain concepts effectively.
  • Strong research ability, time management, and self-motivation.
  • Portfolio of published writing samples and/or training experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
    in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in content creation for industries such as Digital Marketing, SaaS, E-commerce, Tech, or Lifestyle.
  • Basic knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Understanding of content marketing and audience engagement strategies.
