Job Title: Offshore Copado Robotic Testing Engineer with Selenium

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled
Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) Engineer
with 6+ years of experience expertise in
CRT version 3+
,
Selenium
, and
Salesforce ecosystem
including
Commerce Cloud
and
Order Management Systems (OMS)
. The ideal candidate will have completed at least
one full lifecycle implementation
and demonstrate strong capabilities in
QWords scripting
,
API testing
, and
scalable test automation frameworks
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    automated test scripts
    using
    Copado Robotic Testing (CRT 3+)
    for Salesforce and integrated applications.
  • Create and maintain
    Selenium WebDriver
    scripts with Java (or Python) for complex test flows that may not be covered by low-code CRT.
  • Strong understanding of
    web automation concepts
    including XPath, CSS selectors, waits, and dynamic elements.
  • Create and manage custom scripts in
    QWords
    for reusable, modular, and scalable test automation.
  • Build and manage reusable
    test components, test data sets, and libraries
    in CRT.
  • Perform
    live testing
    , including
    UI recording
    ,
    debugging
    , and
    test flow optimization
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support
    Salesforce
    ,
    Commerce Cloud
    , and
    OMS
    testing initiatives.
  • Integrate Selenium-based tests into
    CI/CD pipelines
    and ensure compatibility with CRT frameworks.
  • Conduct
    API testing
    and validate backend services and integrations.
  • Participate in
    test planning
    ,
    test case design
    , and
    defect triage
    .
  • Generate detailed
    test reports
    and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    1 full lifecycle implementation
    experience in a Salesforce environment.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with
    Copado Robotic Testing
    , preferably
    version 3 or higher
    .
  • 3+ years of strong experience with
    Selenium WebDriver
    for web application testing.
  • Solid understanding of
    Salesforce
    ,
    Commerce Cloud
    , and
    OMS
    .
  • Proven experience in
    creating and managing scripts in QWords
    .
  • Proficiency in
    live testing
    ,
    UI recording
    , and
    debugging test flows
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    API testing
    tools and techniques.
  • Experience with
    CI/CD
    ,
    DevOps
    , and
    cloud-based testing environments
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
