Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and detail -oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end -to -end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles across departments. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms. • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability. • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines. • Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and ensure smooth communication with candidates. • Maintain and update recruitment databases and trackers. • Assist with employer branding initiatives and job fair participation. • Support onboarding activities in coordination with HR operations. • Ensure timely closures of open positions with quality hires.Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast -paced environment. • Proactive, self -motivated, and team -oriented mindset.
